A thoroughly green grilled dinner!


Grilled Fava Beans:
 
Simple and yummy; just my kind of food.   This is easy... make it to eat while you grill the fish.  Toss some fava beans (in their pods) with olive oil and sea salt.  Then just throw on the grill until charry and steaming.  Then, just wrestle them out of their pods and eat them whole.  Mmmmm.




Grilled Mahi Mahi with a cilantro salsa verde/salsa cruda/mojo de ajo on spinach.

This was simple as well, I threw together a crude salsa out of cilantro, garlic, salt, fennel tops, and a bit of orange juice (pulsed in the mini chopper).  We just served this over some simply grilled mahi mahi on a bed of spinach.  Not pictured: the grilled fennel we ate on the side.  Mmmmm....
